    Master of Science in Engineering
    IMT Atlantique, Brest, France 🇫🇷
    Healthcare EngineeringSignal Processing

IMT Atlantique is one of the best engineering schools in France. The first year covers a wide range of general topics including mathematics, physics, electronics, computing technology, etc. After my first year, I chose the one year Healthcare Engineering specialization: surgery technologies, medical imaging, robotics, bio-sensors and biology.

  • MARCH 2020 - JULY 2020

Research Internship - Supervised end-to-end brain parcellation
LabSticc, IMT Atlantique, Brest, France 🇫🇷
    Image processingConvolutional Neural NetworkBibliographic research

A brain parcellation is a map of distinct but closely interacting regions. I worked on a neural network that generates a subject-specific brain parcellation. Starting with a fixed brain atlas, the network tries to slowly modify it to adapt to the subject brain specificities. Some Python scripts I used are available on my Github.

Software Project - Multi-device interface for the traceability of IMDs
    Oxyledger, Brest, France 🇫🇷
    Project ManagementPrototypingSpring FrameworkReact NativeGDPR

Implementable medical devices (protheses or implants) are stricly regulated due to their invasive properties. Hovewer, health scandals still regurlarly occurs. The aim was to develop a multi-device interface for the traceability of implantable medical devices to put manufacturers, healthcare institutions and patients closer. I was in charge of deploying the server of the ecosystem and leading the group to the objectives.
